About Us

Statement of Faith

We believe in God; in the Father in creation, the Son in redemption, and the Holy Spirit in sanctification and experience (Genesis 1:1, Psalm 68:5, Matthew 1:18-24, Matthew 3:11, Luke 2:21, John 14:15-17, 1 John 5:7-8, Acts 1:1-11, Acts 2:1-38).

We believe in Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten of the Father, born of a virgin, conceived of the Holy Spirit, crucified, died, raised from the grave, and was the very Word made flesh and Image of the invisible God, the Name by which men may be saved (Isaiah 9:6, Matthew 1:18-24, John 1:1-18, John 20:1-31, Ephesians 4:30, Philippians 2:10, Colossians 1:15-23, Acts 4:12, Hebrews 12:1).

We believe in the new birth (John 3:7, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Galatians 6:15), made visible in our birth of water (baptism) and the Spirit (John 3:3-7, Acts 2:1-38, Acts 8:12-40, 1 Corinthians 5:4,1 Corinthians 12:3, Ephesians 1:13, 1 Thessalonians 4:8, Peter 3:21-22).

We believe in repentance (Jeremiah 26:13, Ezekiel 18:30, Matthew 3:2, Matthew 3:8, Matthew 3:11, Matthew 4:17, Matthew 9:13, Luke 3:8, Luke 13:3, Acts 2:38, Acts 3:19, 2 corinthians 7:10), the power of forgiveness (Luke 11:4, Luke 17:4, Luke 23:34, Acts 8:22, Acts 13:38, Ephesians 1:7, Ephesians 4:32, 1 John 2:12), and love, which is of God (Leviticus 19:18, Leviticus 19:34, John 3:16-17, John 15:17-19, John 17:26, 1 John 2:5, 1 John 2:10, 1 John 3:1,1 John 3:11, 1 John 3:14, 1 John 3:23, 1 John 4:7-12).

We believe in the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, manifest with the evidence of spiritual gifts: word of wisdom, word of knowledge, faith, healing, miracles, prophecy, discernment of spirits, diverse tongues, interpretation of tongues, ministry service, teaching, exhortation, and mercy (1 Corinthians 12:1-12, Romans 12:4-10). We believe that through these gifts, we experience God, and have an experience with God (1 Corinthians 2:9-16, Galatians 5:5, Ephesians 2:18, 1 John 3:24, 1 John 5:6).

We believe in the Word of God, both the Scriptures (written word of God) and Logos (revelation, understanding, precept) that we may understand God's direction and purposes for us, line upon line, and precept upon precept; that experience precedes knowledge, production precedes experience, and existence before essence (Deuteronomy 4:10, Joshua 3:9, 2 Samuel 22:31, Psalm 119:42-44, Ecclesiastes 12:9-10, Isaiah 28:9-13, Luke 24:27, John 19:28, Romans 16:26, 2 Timothy 2:15, 2 Timothy 3:15-17, Hebrews 4:12-13, 2 Peter 1:3-11, 1 John 2:5-14).

We believe there is one Body of Christ and one Spirit, one hope, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and one God and Father of all, Who is above all, and through all, and in all of us (Ephesians 4:1-7). The bond that we share as believers is an apostolic fellowship, one held by the early church, and living, real, and visible today (Psalm 133:1, Matthew 16:18, Matthew 26:26-30, Mark 14:22-26, Luke 22:12-20, John 17:1-26, Acts 2:41-47, Acts 16:5, 1 Corinthians 1:10, 1 Corinthians 10:1-33, 1 Corinthians 11:18-34, Ephesians 3:21, Ephesians 5:27-32).

We believe that as part of the new birth, we are citizens of heaven, and of the Kingdom of God, which is the Kingdom of heaven manifest on earth. It is this that we promote, proclaim, and believe shall lead to life (2 Samuel 7:16, Psalm 22:28, Psalm 45:6, Psalm 103:19, Psalm 145:12-13, Matthew 3:2, Matthew 5:3-13, Matthew 6:10-13, Matthew 6:33, Matthew 11:12, Matthew 18:4, Mark 1:15, Mark 12:34, Luke 1:33, Luke 9:2, Luke 9:60, Luke 16:16, Luke 17:20-21, John 18:36, Romans 14:17, 1 Corinthians 4:20, 2 Peter 1:11, Revelation 1:9, Revelation 11:15).

We believe that the Lord's leadership structure consists of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers (Ephesians 2:20, Ephesians 3:5, Ephesians 4:8-20) and in the appointment ministries established to help ministry leaders, known as bishops, elders, and deacons (Acts 6:1-7, Acts 11:30, Acts 14:23, Acts 15:2-23, Acts 15:4, Acts 20:17, Acts 21:18, Philippians 1:1, 1 Timothy 3:1-13, 1 Timothy 5:17-19, Titus 1:5-9, James 5:14, 1 Peter 2:25, 1 Peter 5:1, 2 John 1:1, Revelation 4:4-10).

We believe that worldly politics are of this earth, and must cease in the presence of God's true Kingdom. We believe worldly politics create disunity between God and humanity and exist to cause divisions and destroy the basic unity of the church. We do not, therefore, believe that politics of any sort have place in the church, and should not be employed therein (Genesis 12:1-20, 1 Kings 8:53, Acts 2:17-21, 2 Corinthians 6:17, Ephesians 2:12-22, Philippians 3:17-21, Revelation 18:4).

We believe in the difference between that which is doctrinal and that which is beneficial; if something is harmful but not stated in the Word, it is not beneficial - and it is not appropriate to uphold such as doctrinal, although it is plausible to advise it as not beneficial (Romans 14:17, 1 Corinthians 10:19-23).

We believe the House of God is for any who seek Him, and we welcome all to come and partake of all God has for them to offer. We do not believe we are called to judge people, thereby standing in His place, but that God has called us to love - and that whether we agree with someone or not about something in their lives, it is our place to love them and draw them by witness, for they are created in the image of God. We believe firmly in the principle of inclusion, that God calls "whosoever," and "whosoever" comes is welcome (Genesis 1:27-28, Proverbs 15:1, Isaiah 56:5-7, Jeremiah 31:3, Haggai 2:5-9, Matthew 7:1-20, Luke 6:42, John 6:37, Romans 2:11, Romans 12:13, Romans 14:1-4, Romans 15:7, Hebrews 8:11, Hebrews 13:2, 1 Peter 4:9, 1 John 3:15, Revelation 22:16-17).

We believe in being a witness and a resource; that we can be empowered people with changed lives, that we can display we are different from others in the world, just by representing Him and His nature; and in the essence of being the hands and feet of Jesus, witnessing to a lost and hurting world. As we follow the work of the apostle, we believe in its radical call, to turn the world upside down, establishing the Kingdom of God, and proclaiming its presence within, around, and among (Matthew 5:39, Matthew 25:32-46, Mark 16:15-20, Luke 17:20-21, Acts 17:6, Acts 20:24, 2 Corinthians 4:1-7, 2 Corinthians 3:3, Hebrews 12:10-14, 1 Peter 4:12-19).

We believe that we are called to become all things to all people, as we operate as both a witness and a resource: as a spiritual resource, creating connection, hope, life, and family in a spiritual atmosphere; and as a practical resource, to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, house the homeless, provide drink to the thirsty, visit those in prison, welcome the stranger, heal the hurting, and help the sick to the best of our ability with the resources God proivdes to us (Matthew 25:32-46, 1 Corinthians 9:19-23, James 2:14-26)

Testimonials

Apostle Marino, you have been a blessing in my life, even before you knew of me. Your teachings have inspired me and encouraged me, it has been the missing part of connecting me in a better way to Christ. I love learning new things about the Word, the Lord. You are so very encouraging, you build up and you don't tear down the person, you expose the mess. You are gift and a God-send. I love your truth and your fire. I am truly blessed and made better in coming to know you.

Mission and Vision Statements and Our Philosophy

Mission Statement

Apostolic Fellowship International Ministries seeks to proclaim the good news of the Gospel of Jesus christ to every creature, in every nation, in all the world.

We seek to present spirituality as a practical, applicable part of everyday life, that salvation is not about death but about life, even life today manifest through saving power, and that the power of salvation can be manifest through obtaining victory in one's life.

We seek to prepare the world for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, by introducing all to the power of Jesus Christ; to let them know that being a Christian means to be Christ-like in belief and character, to believe in Him, to be transformed by Him, and to stand upon His apostolic doctrinal foundation and apostolic leadership, and in letting all mankind know that the Kingdom of God is within and all around believers, and that all can be a part of the Kingdom of God through their choice and action, through the empowerment of making change in their lives, and turning toward the fullness of truth.

Vision Statement

Apostolic Fellowship International Ministries seeks to take the Gospel to the nations, reaching every nation with the saving power of Jesus Christ through work with church leadership and church members in the form of apostolic oversight and education, through television, radio, and the internet, through the printed word, through conferences, seminars and comprehensive education through Apostolic University, through the living witness of outreach to our community, women, inmates, the sick, and the hurting. Our vision is to stand as the hands and feet of Jesus Christ.
